Refund and Cancellation Policy
- No refunds will be issued for classes that the student has already attended, regardless of performance or outcome.
- All cancellation requests must be emailed to info@brainwave.com from the student’s registered email address only.
- Refund requests made from any unregistered email or third-party source will not be considered valid.
- Students must cancel a class at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the next session in order for the cancellation to be considered for a refund.
- Refund requests will only be considered if there is a valid reason. Upon receiving a cancellation request, the BrainWave team will review and decide to accept or reject the refund. The final decision will be shared via email on the student’s registered email ID.
- If BrainWave cancels or discontinues a subject or class from its end, the student will receive a refund directly to their BrainWave wallet. The refunded amount will not exceed the actual fee paid by the student.
- In case of partial cancellation or discontinuation of any course by BrainWave, the refund will be calculated based on the number of remaining undelivered classes.
- All refund amounts will be credited to the student’s BrainWave wallet only. This wallet balance can be used for booking future classes. Refunds will not be transferred to the student’s original bank account or payment method.
